To serve and protect

This is a police drama that portrays the everyday lite at a police station in a southern suburb of Madrid.
The plots of To Serve and Protect revolve around its main characters, two policewomen, their colleagues and the different cases they are required to solve. Beyond the detective intrigue, the bottom line is human relationships and feelings: love, jealousy, rivalry, power struggles and authority, etc.
The cases also allow the series to focus on social problems from a human perspective: immigration-related issues, lack of resources, gender violence, disputes between neighbors, evictions, assaults and small drug offenses.
