In Chile's soccer underworld, “Barti” - a passionate fan - rises from poor neighborhood kid to leader of Colo-Colo's notorious fan group Garra Blanca, but in his pursuit of power and dreams of a better life, Barti descends into the world of drugs and corruption and must either overcome this violent reality or risk losing everything he values and changing the course of his life.
